Our juice concentrates invite you to discover the character of Latvian berries – their depth, simplicity, and the nature from which they come.
What is berry juice concentrate?
These are natural berry juices from which some of the water has been evaporated, resulting in a more intense, deeper flavor and natural thickness.
The concentrates contain no added sugar or sweeteners — only the natural sugars found in berries.
What is the difference between blueberry, raspberry, and blackcurrant concentrates?
Each product has its own natural berry character:
- Blueberries – a dark, deep berry flavor with a slightly tart note.
- Raspberries – a bright, distinctly tart raspberry flavor.
- Black elderberries – sweet, intense and aromatic berry flavor.
All three concentrates are 100% berry juice from concentrate, with no additives.
How can these concentrates be used?
Berry concentrates are versatile and suitable for various uses:
- diluting with warm or cold water,
- making natural lemonade,
- desserts and cooking (instead of jam, as a base for sauces),
- natural coloring,
- adding to festive drinks, including non-alcoholic "mulled wine."
What is the recommended dilution ratio?
The ratio depends on the desired intensity.
We usually recommend starting with 1:5 – 1:7 (1 part concentrate, 5–7 parts water) and adjusting to taste.
Are concentrates suitable for children?
Yes, they are natural berry products and can be used as a flavor additive in beverages, porridges, or desserts.
How to store the product correctly?
Store at temperatures up to +25°C.
Once opened, it is recommended to keep it in the refrigerator.
